- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
- Handcrafted items may have slight variations, so minor differences are acceptable.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
